Refund policy

We offer returns without needing to give a reason within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. Return shipping within this period is free for the buyer.

To notify us of your decision, email info@zacoodesign.es with your order number and the items you wish to return, or submit a return or cancellation request through your account. You may request cancellation before shipment and a return after delivery. If the cancellation option no longer appears in your account because the order is marked as prepared, you can request cancellation by email before shipment. We will check whether the order has been shipped and confirm how your request will be handled. You will receive confirmation by email. We will provide instructions for returning the items without transport costs. Refunds will be made in accordance with applicable regulations and without limiting the statutory right of withdrawal. Claims concerning a lack of conformity are handled independently of the 30-day commercial return period. For new goods, the statutory guarantee covers a lack of conformity that becomes apparent within three years of delivery. For issues reported after 30 days, if the item must be returned for assessment, the buyer initially pays the transport cost. If the issue is confirmed to be covered, the necessary shipping costs will be reimbursed. If it is not covered, those costs will not be reimbursed, without prejudice to the buyer's statutory rights.
