GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. Identification. The ZACOO DESIGN store at zacoodesign.es is operated by ZACOO MARKETPLACE, S.L., NIF B19333459, with its registered office at Calle Peña Santa Nave 8-10, núm. 3, puerta 1, Polígono Industrial de Silvota, 33192 Llanera, Asturias, Spain. 2. Products and purchasing process. The essential characteristics and price of each product are shown on its product page. To purchase, select the product and quantity, add them to the cart, enter the delivery details, review the order and choose one of the payment methods offered at checkout. Before submitting the order, you can review and correct the details. The purchase is concluded when the order is confirmed at checkout. A confirmation will be sent to the email address provided by the buyer; if you need a copy or notice an error, please contact us.
3. Price and payment. Product prices are shown in euros with applicable taxes included. Shipping charges are indicated before the purchase is confirmed. The final amount is shown at checkout. The available payment methods are those offered at checkout at the time of purchase.
4. Delivery. We ship to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. Destinations, shipping charges, processing and transit times and the dispatch cut-off time are detailed in the Shipping Policy, available in the footer. If it is not possible to fulfil the order under the stated conditions, we will inform the buyer and respect their legal rights.
5. Right of withdrawal and voluntary returns. The buyer may communicate their decision to return the product, without giving a reason, within 30 calendar days following receipt. Return shipping within that period is free for the buyer. To communicate the decision, email info@zacoodesign.es with the order number and affected items; we will provide instructions for returning them without transport charges. The return address is the same as the dispatch address: ZACOO MARKETPLACE, S.L., Calle Peña Santa Nave 8-10, núm. 3, puerta 1, Polígono Industrial de Silvota, 33192 Llanera, Asturias, Spain. This commercial extension does not limit the legal right of withdrawal or any other consumer rights. Refunds will be made in accordance with applicable law.
6. Legal guarantee. For new goods, the seller is liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within three years of delivery, under the terms of Spanish legislation. Report the issue to info@zacoodesign.es. If the item must be sent to assess an issue reported after the 30-day voluntary return period, the buyer will initially pay the transport costs; if a lack of conformity covered by the legal guarantee is confirmed, ZACOO MARKETPLACE, S.L. will reimburse the necessary shipping costs. If the issue is not covered, those costs will not be reimbursed, without prejudice to the consumer's rights.
7. Customer service and complaints. For enquiries or complaints, use the email address, telephone number or postal address given in clause 1. Consumers may contact public consumer protection bodies and use the out-of-court dispute resolution mechanisms provided by law.
8. Personal data and applicable law. Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. Spanish law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory protection available to consumers. These terms do not exclude or limit the buyer's legal rights.
